Spend a wonderful extended weekend in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
The bed and Breakfast is a private guesthouse, attached to the main residence.
The guesthouse accomodates two guests in one bedroom upstairs, including one bathroom and a desk space.
A private balcony is on the third floor-please do not walk on the roof.
On the first floor is a kitchenette, dining area and television space with plenty of room to stretch out on the sofa.

Welcome to Codorniz, a Bed and Breakfast for Two Typical Stay is Friday afternoon to Monday Morning. Minimum stay is two nights. Check in is Friday - after 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, please make arrangements for other times Check out is Monday – before 12:00 PM (Noon) Free on-site parking is available for one car. Please park in the carport right side stall. Please no trailers are allowed. Hot Breakfast is available Saturday and Sunday mornings, 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, a menu will be available for meal and time selection.
Amenities include: • Close to Museums and Santa Fe attractions • Private entrance, separate from main household residence • Accommodations include 800 square feet of available space • Free Wi-Fi • First Floor includes entry door, kitchenette, television and dining area • Second Floor includes bedroom, bathroom, desk, television and private balcony (please do not walk on roof) • Quiet and large outdoor sitting area

Rates
Rates are $195.00 per night and includes hot breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. (Applicable Lodging Taxes are included)
Typical Stay is Friday afternoon to Monday Morning. Minimum stay is two nights.
Check in is Friday - after 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, please make arrangements for other times.

Breakfast Menu
Choose from our Four Hot Breakfast Selections:
1. Breakfast Burrito, including: Hash brown potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon, green onions, cheese and choice of local green or red chili.
2. Omelet, including: Olives, tomatoes, cheese, green onions, avocado with a side of bacon or sausage and choice of local green or red chili
3. Blueberry Pancakes, including: Vermont Maple syrup, scrambled eggs with a side of bacon or sausage
4. Steel Cut Oatmeal, including: Raisins, cranberries, brown sugar, walnuts, milk and with a side of bacon or sausage
All meals include coffee, tea, milk and a selection of juices.
Refrigerator is stocked with bottles of water, creamer, butter, milk, assorted sodas, assorted juices, jellies, and bread or muffins.
Kitchen pantry is stocked with popcorn, cold cereals, instant hot oatmeal, cookies, assorted chips, coffee K-pods, peanut butter and seasonal fruit. Other items are available upon request at an additional cost.
